The Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) is issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) of the Republic of the Philippines under the Retirement Program of thePhilippine Retirement Authority (PRA) to foreigners and overseas Filipinos. It entitles the holder to multiple-entry privileges with the right to stay permanently/indefinitely in the Philippines.

The Special Resident Retiree (SRR) Visa is applied for directly with the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

I. For Principal Applicant

1. Duly accomplished SRRV Application Form;
2. Original Passport with valid Entry Visa;
3. Medical Examination Clearance ;

Note: Can be secured abroad (with English translation) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy, or at any clinic/hospital in the Philippines accredited by the Department of Health;

1. Police Clearance (from Country of origin/Country of residency with English translation) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy, and Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance;

Note: Police Clearance only for Applicant whose stay in the Philippines is 30 days or less from the date of last entry;

1. Twelve (12) pieces of 2”x2” inches ID Picture; and,
2. Bank Certification of Dollar Time Deposit – Inward Remittance to PRA Accredited Banks Required Dollar Time Deposit: Please consult the PRA website www.pra.gov.ph for the revised schedule of Dollar Time Deposits.
3. Processing Fee (one-time payment only): - US$ 1,400.00

II. For Spouse

1. All requirements mentioned above, from I.a – I.e
2. Marriage Certificate (with English translation) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.
3. US$ 300.00

III. For Dependent/s (Child)

1. All requirements mentioned above, from I.a – I.e (except I.d which is only for dependents aged 18 to 20 years of age)
2. Birth Certificate (with English translation) legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.
3. US$ 300.00

Annual Fee: - US$ 360.00 (inclusive of principal & 2 dependents) - US$ 100.00 (for every excess dependent) - US$ 10.00 (for retiree’s applying for SRRV Courtesy)
