Interested bidders may secure the Bidding Documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ARS 1,000.00. Each bidding proposal must be submitted in two (2) envelopes, one marked as ¨Technical Information/Documents¨ and the other marked as ¨Financing Proposal¨.
The Bidding Documents are available from 30 July 2015 – 18 August 2015 at the Embassy Chancery (Zapiola 1701, PB) from 09:00 H. to 17:00 H. For queries, interested parties may contact Ms. Eva M. Lazaro at telephone no. 4554-4015.
The Embassy shall use a non-discretionary ¨pass/fail¨criteria for the eligibility check in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the ¨Government Procurement Reform Act¨.
