Philippine Overseas Voters registered in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia are hereby referred to the Commission on Elections' (COMELEC) List of Overseas Voters Due for Deactivation Due to Failure to Vote in Two Consecutive National Elections (2016 and 2019 National and Local Elections), attached below.

Those on the list who may wish to reactivate their records may do so at the Embassy when overseas voter registration resumes on 16 December 2019.
