In commemoration of National Literature Month, Sentro Rizal Buenos Aires introduced students of the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) to the the novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo originally written in Spanish by Philippine National hero Dr. Jose Rizal. Reading excerpts from the novels opened up a dynamic discussion between the students and Vice Consuls Armand Dulay and Anna Iglesias on historical and cultural connections between the Philippines and Argentina based on a shared Spanish heritage.
