Philippine Ambassador Presents Credentials to Paraguay President

Ambassador to Argentina, Ma. Amelita C. Aquino, presented her credentials as the Philippines’ non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Paraguay to President Horacio Cartes on 14 October 2015.

During the brief but solemn ceremony, Ambassador Aquino conveyed the cordial greetings of President Benigno S. Aquino III to President Cartes and affirmed her commitment to further enhance relations between Paraguay and the Philippines.

The day before, 13 October 2015, Ambassador Aquino presented a copy of the letter of credence to Paraguay Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga after which they discussed bilateral relations and possible areas of cooperation. END.
