Ambassador Grace T. Cruz-Fabella presented the open copies of her letter of credentials to Mr. Nicolás Albertoni, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, at Palacio Santos, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Montevideo, Uruguay.

The presentation was followed by a discussion about working closer to enhance bilateral ties between the Philippines and Uruguay.
