28 October 2016 — The Philippine Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina participated in the “Parade of Nations” fashion show and fundraising event of the Association of Spouses of Ambassadors Accredited to Argentina (ADEA) held on October 22. The event also commemorated the 20th anniversary of the association.
Twenty-two countries participated in the fashion show, with the Philippines showcasing the Barong Tagalog and the Kimona to the Argentine guests, diplomatic corps and the public who remarked on the elegance of the Philippine embroidered and hand-painted traditional costumes. END
